I have purchased a monthly subscription to Creative Cloud in order to produce several plates of photos are an article. My MacBook Pro has OS 10.13.6 and apparently cannot be upgraded to 10.14. I am trying to download an older version of Photoshop and Illustrator but the installer does not recognize my password. I had a subscription to Photoshop many years ago and think that the installer is trying to work through that user name and password. I feel like I am stuck in an endless loop that doesn't have any way out. Does anyone have a solution?

When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password

Show a screen shot of the password prompt, because to our knowledge the Adobe installer doesn't ask for any Adobe password.

Hi @HBatRSA,
You cannot get an older version of Photoshop or Illustrator from Creative Cloud Desktop App, sorry. New subscribers have access to the latest versions only, no more than 2 versions back.

You must upgrade your computer to Mojave or higher to use use Creative Cloud products. See system requirements below:

Pay particular attention to Photoshop's GPU requirements.
