Problem with switching to another account

Hello,

I've got a problem. I was an adobe user who decided to finish my subscription. 

Now I want to log in to another subscription, which my company paid for.

Unfortunately, I can't log in to the new account; a log-out option is deactivated.

How can I login to the new account?

if there's not sign out option after following the above, reset the cc desktop app by making sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
