Problema para cambiar forma de pago después de cancelar plan

Hola, hace dos días cancele mi plan pero tengo que pagar 31 dolares por haberlo hecho antes de tiempo, pero mi forma de pago tuvo un problema, ya intente cambiarla pero no me da esa opción, ¿alguien tiene alguna idea?
