problemas al instalar el creative cloud

hola, tengo una cuenta de estudiante y tengo dos ordenadores mac vinculados, en uno tengo instalado el creative cloud pero en el otro no me deja instalarlo se para en el 21,5% ,alguien me puede ayudar? gracias
