Problemas con Adobe creative cloud escritorio

Al instalarlo me dice que las aplicaciones estan tardando mas de lo normal en instalarse, me pide reiniciar el equipo y la aplicacion. Ya lo hice, incluso instale y desinstale la aplicacion pero me sigue dando el mismo error. Ya no se que hacer

Which application are you attempting to install?

On which operating system?

 

Please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud+ all other apps you intend to use.  Win 8, 8.1 and El Capitan are no longer supported.  If necessary, upgrade your operating system.
