Buenos días
Necesito contactarme con un asesor de su empresa pues la tarifa de mi suite se incrementó el doble y yo arrendé con una tarifa profesor, y para poder pagar de nuevo necesito solucionar primero esa cantidad.

I assume you are referring to Creative Cloud subscription. I see there is a cancelled subscription under the ID that you are using with the forums.
Are you referring to a different subscription under a different ID? Could you please share the ID in a private message?
