Problemas con mi tarifa de la suite de adobe

Buenos días

Necesito contactarme con un asesor de su empresa pues la tarifa de mi suite se incrementó el doble y yo arrendé con una tarifa profesor, y para poder pagar de nuevo necesito solucionar primero esa cantidad.

Ese incremento  aparece desde hace 10 meses pero yo la verdad me dí cuenta por un estracto de mi banco apenas hace un mes.

I assume you are referring to Creative Cloud subscription. I see there is a cancelled subscription under the ID that you are using with the forums.

Are you referring to a different subscription under a different ID? Could you please share the ID in a private message?
