problemas con photoshop e Illustrator

Me pasa que quiero abrir archivos y me abre el programa y me queda en blanco sin abrir el archivo. Sucede en photoshop cuando a la vez esta el illustrator abierto. Antes no pasaba

What happens when you open files directly from the Photoshop  menu  -- File > Open?
