problemas de pagamiento

aver, tuve unos problemas con Adobe en el pagamiento (el paquete de fotografia de 9,99 USD). yo puse todas las info correctas de mi carta ect, pero cada vez me señaba errores, probe a pagar con paypal, tuve errores alla también. el problema es que ahorita checando mi email y mi cuenta paypal, adobe me tomo dinero, y me dijo que es una temporanea autorización.. ceque sobremi account adobe la cronologia de pedidos pero no me dije que no tengo nada en suspeso… ayuda
