Hello,
I am wondering if anyone has had problems with Adobe and their honesty in cancelling memberships? I have now ran into this problem for the third time, which I am very frustrated with! I cancelled my membership and they continued to bill me for three months. I called to figure out why this was happening since it wasn't giving me the option to cancel on my account. After trying to get ahold of customer service 3 different times, they told me they were not sure why I was still getting charged as on their records it said I cancelled as well. I was assured my banking info would be deleted. Well here we are back to square one with my account getting charged and they took back one of the refunds they had given me!
