Problems downloading

Im trying to download Photoshop CC to my HP Laptop but it stalls out at 7%. I have the storage and the internet connection not sure what else could it be.

Nfales, what errors are preventing Photoshop from installing?  The error message will be recorded in the install log.  For more information see https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/troubleshoot-download-install-logs.html.
