Problems installing Photoshop Elements 14 on WIndows 10 (64-bit).

I purchased the software at the same time as I got a new Dell Laptop. The software was an online download. Every time I try to install, I get an error message that says the software is not compatible on a 64-bit system, although it is supposed to be. I have disabled anti-virus, uninstalled/removed files, re-downloaded ... still the exact same error message. I also contacted Dell Tech Support and they remotely accessed my computer and attempted the install ... same problem. Any help is appreciated!

Make sure you had downloaded 64 bit version setup file .

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop-elements/kb/photoshop-elements-downloads.html

Or check whether the Processor is 64 bit version and the Windows OS installed is 32 bit .
