Problems to update CC-Client

Hi there, perhaps you can help me out of this.....arghhhh! I cannot update any applications an my iMac - and the CC-Client-symbol has passed and cannot be activated again... don't know why. The applications are also installed on a second Mac(book).

What version of macOS are you currently using?
Currently the required version must be 10.12 or higher.
Under 10.11, you should be able to use only older desktop applications and not install any corresponding applications.


Below macOS 10.12 are no longer supported by Apple itself.
Since CC 2019 can be installed, Creative Cloud requires 10.12 or later.
