I purchased Lightroom 6 for my Windows 10 x64 system.
When I try to install it the installer stops its work pretty shortly and I get the message that the installer
couldn't be initialised and I should get the Adobe Support Advisor.I found that thing on one website but the installation of it wasn't possible.
I downloaded the Adobe Cleaner tool and unsinstalled evyrthing which I had on my PC,even Flash.
Installation of Lightroom 6 wasn't possible though. I started windows in safe mode and tried it there, without success.
I copied the files of the DVD into a folder and tried to install it from there, without success.
Now I'm running out of options.
Is there anything else to do ?
Subotai33, sorry that you continue to face errors while installing Lightroom 6 on Windows 10. I am sure this can be a frustrating situation. What other Adobe software did you previously have installed on the computer? Did you remove Flash Player or Flash Professional?
As a next step, please check the install logs for any possible errors. Details on how to locate the install logs can be found at Installation error codes, exit codes, and error messages | Photoshop Elements, Premiere Elements .
