Problems with purchasing InDesign

Could anyone help me.

I've recently purchased InDesign but it did not reflect on "my orders" page and I could not activate the trial version. It keeps on taking me back to the Adobe purchase paid.  Tried to purchase again (thinking that maybe it did not load/process correctly) and encountered the same problem.  Few minutes later, I received a text that I have been charged twice on my credit card.  I still haven't received an email receipt of my purchase nor are these 2 transactions reflected in my account profile.

If you‘ve been charged twice, contact Adobe as this is a user-to-user forum and we can’t help about charging matters.

Hi Architecandy,

If the order is not showing up on your order history it probably isn't getting placed, unless the page itself said there was some kind of delay processing the order. I'd suggest trying to place the order again using a different browser. If you continue to face difficulties contacting customer service (like others mentioned) would be the next step.
