Product not available in region ??

Hi all,
I've come here after a lot of searching and decided to post here that may be someone from adobe can hear me.
I am from Pakistan and i actually want to purchase adobe products but everytime i try i get the error that the product is not available in my region. Is there any specific reason for that ??
i tried searching partners etc but all of them are commercial sellers and i am a student and plus i do some freelancing when i have time. I really want to purchase the education package but that is even more difficult to get. Is adobe even aware that people who actually want to buy their products, cannot do so because of this ??
Also, Adobe should think of some packages for third world countries because its getting even more expensive as the difference between dollar and other currencies increase.

You are not alone in this world.  There are numerous locations where Adobe products are only available as specific subscription packages, such as the Teams package which is available in Pakistan thru resellers.  There can be a number of reasons for such limitations, including trade laws and similar controls established in foreign locations.

so there is no way of buying* education or individual packages in Pakistan ??
