prozedureinsprungpunkt / procedur entry "setthreaddescription" not found in DLL

Hallo,

beim Installieren von Illustrator kommt folgende Fehlermeldung: Der Prozedureinsprungpunkt "SetThreadDescription" wurde in der DLL "C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Illustrator 2021\ Support Files\Contents\Windows\AIACPL.dll" nicht gefunden.

Mehrfaches neuinstallieren hatte auch keinen Erfolg. Andere Apps wie zB. Adobe DC laufen ohne Probleme.

OS: Windows LTSB-2016
