PS & LR install program will not run

I downloaded the install programs (PS & LR), click on them to run and nothing happens. I get no error or anything.  It just will not run.  I do have old local versions of PS & LR on my computer.  Do I need to uninstall those?  Any ideas?

Never mind!  I figured it out.  I had to uninstall Creative Cloud.  Then, the installs worked.
