PS Billing Subscription Messes Up EVERY MONTH

I have been subscribed to PS for a long time.

Probably over a year.

I pay with a Paypal automatic billing agreement that bills me every month.

However, EVERY SINGLE MONTH at time of renewal, the subscription completely messes up.

And if I try to open Photoshop, it says "subscription expired".

The past few times this has happened, I have been able to login to my Adobe account and click "update subscription" then it acts like it is doing something connecting to Paypal servers, and then it says "Ok, you're good to go." and then it just automatically works again.

What the hell is wrong with my subscription and how can I make it work without these errors every single month?

This is the worst system ever.
