What if my network is down, how am I supposed to get any work done??!!

The problem is not that he can't sign in. The problem is that he has to keep doing it. What the real issue is in these cases should be fairly well established by now.

Never opening creative cloud seemed to be one of the workarounds.

Thanks for the link, but the issues is that PS CC is working fine all week, then suddenly says I have to sign in and accept the ULA and register.

If my network connect connection is down when this bug occurs, then I am prevented from being able to work.
