PS Elements 2023 - Bought license for wrong device

Hi, I wanted to buy a license for Photoshop Elements 2023 for a Mac but I accidentally bought the PC version. License bought from Amazon. Now I can't activate the software as it tells me thatvthe license key is invalid. Is there any chance of swapping the license over for a Mac version?

if you had purchased from adobe, yes.  because you purchased from an amazon vendor you need to go through that vendor.
