PSE13

Dec 29, 2025 Dec 29, 2025

It's in your adobe account:  Click on your image /icon/avatar picture in the upper right corner of this page:

PLANS/PAYMENTS>PRODUCTS.

Activated devices is only for things you subscribe to (Like photoshop or other creative cloud stuff- NOT for any version of Photoshop Elements).

what exactly do you see when trying to install pse 13 on your win 11 computer?  (a screenshot copy and pasted into a reply may be helpful.)

Two ideas that MAY work to install and/or run old programs in Windows 11
-RIGHT click the program icon or EXE and select a compatibility mode in the pop up option window
-and/or select Run as Administrator to assign FULL Windows permissions

This morning I tried to install pse 2010, my new windows 11 computer did  not like it one bit.  I ended up using a restore point created right before I installed pse 2010- the system restore even said "we're gonna uninstall pse 2010 because some parts of it were wonky"-- that's not quite what it said- but it does mean I'm done using pse 2010-   I have 9 other versions including the latest.

New computers require new compatible software. For the best possible user experience, don't install legacy apps from 10+ years ago.  Nothing good will come from it.

System Requirements:

Photoshop Elements 2026 (3 year license).

Hope that helps.
