I purchased with the same account I am login in Illustrator (2 days ago).
Just renewed my suscription (had to change my CC details)
It is not detecting my purchase.

Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.

Thank you, I also logged out and in again on the Creative Cloud desktop app and it worked fine.
