Question about Adobe spark post

I have a yearly Creative cloud photography plan which includes Adobe Spark Post, and I was wondering since I'm already paying a yearly subscription am I also required to pay for the premium version of spark post?

Creative Cloud members with a paid plan (e.g. Photography) get access to the full power of Spark (i.e. Premium). Simply login with your Adobe ID in the Spark Post mobile app.
