Question about devices

So I know you can only use the adobe on one computer at a time. But is it the same app at a time. Like if I'm on adobe premiere or photoshop on my Mac can I be on adobe illustrator on my iPad at the same time.

So far as I can see Illustrator Draw is free, provided only that you need a free CC membership. So on that basis I don't think it has any connection with device limits in CC. It may be a different story for Photoshop for iPad, which IS connected to CC subscriptions (but no longer included with the Photography Plan).
