"Find new apps" Doesnt Show in My Apps Panel

What am I getting wrong? I have just installed CC.  I would like to have Encore form CS6. I am aware that optical media is dead, but I still have a use for menus and chapter points. I want to play my home video films as ISO files on our HTPC. So, I'd like get the Encore app from CS6. But, in order to do that, I have to click on "Find new apps" in the apps panel according to instructions. But, "FInd new apps" is nowhere to be found. What am I missing?

As you have mentioned you would like to install the previous version of Premiere Pro, please follow the instructions given in the following forum thread to do so: How to install previous versions of CC software?

Please be aware this functionality is only available with paid subscriptions and you won't get the option to install the previous versions with Creative Cloud trial version.

How to download and install Adobe Encore CS6

The instructions given at the link above are slightly outdated due to Adobe repeatedly updating the Cloud Desktop Application and changing the steps for installing previous apps. Unfortunately, they don't update older Help articles such as the one linked above which describe the old steps - leaving the uninitiated stuck or resorting to these forums.
