"Help>Updates" is not functioning in PS 2021. How to revert to previous version?

I have upgraded to PS 2021 (22.0.1).

When I click on the "Help" tab and then "Updates" nothing happens.  The Adobe update window does not appear.

I am having numerous problems with PS 2021.  How can I check to see if there are any updates?  Is there a way to revert to the previous version of PS?

You Do ALL Of that from the Creative Cloud Desktop App. Not from inside the adobe program you are using.
