Re-activation of account

I re-activated my account over an hour ago. When I try to open various applications (In Design, Photoshop, etc), a  Creative Cloud window opens up with the following message: "Please wait for a moment" but nothing else happens... it's been like this for more than half an hour.

Hi Suzannec94466568,

As you have mentioned you are unable to use Adobe CC apps as they are failing to launch.

This can happen if the Creative Cloud desktop app is not up to date or if it is not working. To resolve this issue please follow the steps given under 'Solution 3' in the following help document: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app"
