Same issue here. Currently downloading CC just so I can do a trial before I was planning on purchasing but I'm getting nothing from the app. Sign in loop continues over and over with multiple browsers, restarts, permission changing and deleting of the OOBE folder, etc. Sucks because I updated my computer so that I could upgrade to the new Adobe CC and I'm super disappointed that I'm getting no help from the support either, they're just telling me the same things I've tried over and over again. Super lame

first, reset the cc app:
to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
