Moi non plus impossible d'annuler mon abonnement ! Aucun bouton direct pour l'annuler. Cela fait deux mois depuis mon déménagement que je tente de mettre fin à mon abonnement Adobe. C'est une honte ! Merci de me désabonner.

Bonjour j'ai effectué il y'a 4 mois un abonnement Photoshop avec essai gratuit sous 14 jours, un abonnement qui est passé sur mon téléphone via Apple store
lorsque j'ai demandé à annuler la formule car elle ne me convenait pas je n'ai pas eu de retour depuis je paye 11,99€ par mois et à force de demandé d'annuler mon abonnement j'ai compris en faite que la formule sélectionnée était programmé sur 2 ans !!! J'aimerais pouvoir résilier cet abonnement sans avoir à payer les 2ans !! Est ce que vous savez si c'est possible ? Cordialement

Avez vous reussi à solutionner votre problème ? Une heure que je cherche partout pour me désabonner, aucun bouton pour le faire n'apparait et on ne peut joindre personne ?

if you want to cancel but are unable to follow the steps described in the "how to cancel page", contact adobe support.
there are 3 ways to contact adobe; chat, phone and twitter:

in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

p.s. if you're contacted by anyone (via email or private message), it's much more likely to be a scammer than an adobe representative. ie, double check for an employee badge if contacted in the forums and look for an adobe.com domain in the email address if you click reply to an email. then check again and be very suspicious. any other method of contacting (or offering to contact you) is almost certainly a scam, https://community.adobe.com/t5/using-the-community-discussions/staying-safe-in-the-adobe-support-com...
