I have the same problem. I didn't migrate anything but did a fresh install. I'm on a M1 Max with Monterey (12.0.1)

- sync doesn't work

- managed to install Photoshop & Indesign, but can't install Illustrator

- the official uninstaller doesn't run, neither the one included in the CC utils folder, nor the one I downloaded

- the log tool & CC Cleaner tools crash on launch

What now Adobe?

After quitting every process mentioned in the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool and restarting, I was able to install all the CC apps I need. I noticed some processes had duplicates in the list but I don't remember which ones.

Branching to a new discussion as there are more errors than sync occurring on the computer, BureauMarnef.

Let's start with Illustrator; what error message do you encounter will try to install Illustrator CC?  If you are unsure, please see https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/find-installation-log-files.html for information on locating the fatal error within the log files.

I will look forward to your update in this public discussion forum, BureauMarnef. If you are looking for direct assistance with resolving your errors, please don't hesitate to begin a secure chat session https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.
