I do. I can see the two logos and my firewall is disabled, but still my installation i stuck at 0%.

As you have mentioned you are unable to install Adobe Creative Cloud app on your machine as it is stuck at 0%, and you have tried certain troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue, however, the installation is at 0%.
Kindly let us know if there were any Adobe related entries in the hosts file of your computer? Check "Reset the hosts file manually" section here: Resolve connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications.

If yes then, do you have any of the following installed on your machine: anti-virus, system firewall, system optimizer, internet security & browser security software, browser security add-ons?
Please turn them off for the time being and follow the steps given in the above document to manually reset the hosts file.
After this follow the steps given under 'Solution 3' of the following help document to remove the CC desktop app and related folders from your machine: "Failed to install" error received when installing Adobe Creative Cloud desktop app"
Now using the direct download links given here: Download Creative Cloud desktop app, download and install the app again.
