Hi Jeff
I went to https://account.adobe.com/products but could see nowhere listing older or "non subscription" versions
I just see a list of my registered SW and nothing to click
Please can you point me / us in the right direction?

Neil, I checked your account, and I see copies of Creative Suite registered to the account. Unfortunately, I cannot know the language and version of the titles registered. Not all versions and languages of Creative Suite are available for download. Is Creative Suite listed, Neil, but does not have a download button next to it?

Neil, Creative Suite 2 and 3 will never be available for download as the activation servers were shut down several years ago. The download button will be enabled for any registered software title that is allowed for distribution.

Gotcha, thanks, so if I had say, CS4 then that would have a DL button.
It's not showing me where one might download, say, CS 2020 though - that’s a matter of contacting secure chat as I recall.
thx

You are correct, Neil; perpetual software titles are available within account management. You will want to use the Creative Cloud desktop app to complete the installation process or contact chat support to request the installation files for subscription software titles.
For both perpetual and subscription software, not all versions are available, as there may be circumstances that prevent Adobe from offering the software.
