Downloading Photoshop Elements 4?

Hi Leonard,

As you have mentioned you are unable to install Adobe app through the DVD, kindly let us know which Adobe product (with version) you are trying to download and install?

Also, let us know the operating system of your machine with its version.

I have a windows 7 lap top pc.  I received the following email, se below.I went to the forum and clicked the download button and  this page opened up. See attached picture , I'l not sure what to do next ?

1.  don't post your serial numbers in public.

2.  pse4 isn't compatible with newer os'es.

3.  no pse version earlier than 7 is publicly available.
