You are replying to a 7+ year old thread. What happened 7+ years ago can be completely different then what you are experiencing.

I branched this to a new discussion for you as the one you posted to is outdated.  Please tell us more about what kind of system you have and what you're trying to do that you can't. Also post any error messages you receive.

 

Meanwhile, please ensure your computer meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements to run Creative Cloud + all other apps you intend to use.  They vary by product and platform.
