Good day, I am unable to find the correct place to raise a complaint about 2 transactions on my bank account showing that my debit card was used for:

26 Nov 2018POS-PURCHASE CARD NO.443913******2003 167812 24-11-2018 359.88,USD ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD ADOBE.COM:IE

26 Nov 2018POS-PURCHASE CARD NO.443913******2003 667516 24-11-2018 29.99,USD ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD ADOBE.COM:IE

I have no recollection of using this particular card ever for an online transaction. Is it possible to let me know what this was for?

This looks like a creative cloud subscription, though the prices are confusing. One may be for a year. Did you ever download a trial of Creative Cloud? If so check your account details. If not... contact your card issuer, and report that somehow your card number has been stolen and used for this.
