Instructions for finding serial number say go to Order History, click on order number, click on Download and Serial Number. THERE IS NO DOWNLOAD AND SERIAL NUMBER BUTTON TO CLICK ON!!! What am I supposed to do now?

What is the exact product you are looking for - including version? Not all have a serial number. Not all are available to download.
