I had CS5.5 on my laptop. I had to do a system re-set, which erased all non-Microsoft programs including CS5.5. I have attempted to re-install CS5.5 from the original disks, but the install program apparently looks for an existing Adobe program, which of course does not exist.HELP!!

Does that mean that you have an upgrade disc, instead of a full install disc?
If yes, you SHOULD be given a chance to enter the serial number of your previous version

No, I do not have an "upgrade disk". I have the original install disks (4 disks) with which I installed the program right after I bought it. That's all I want to do - re-install the program. I don't do Skype, only email.

Cameronf58594843, sorry you are facing problems with reinstalling Production Premium CS5.5. I reviewed the e-mail address you used to post to this public forum and have found that you have a full version of Photoshop CS2, an Upgrade version of Production Premium CS4, and Production Premium CS5.5 registered under your account. Please enter the Production Premium CS4 serial number when you are prompted.
For information on how to locate your registered serial numbers see Find your serial number . You can also find additional details on how to enter your upgrade serial number at Error: "This serial number is not for a qualifying product" | Adobe Creative Suite .
