I face the same problem here...
1. Because of enterprise settings somehow when logging into my personal creative suite account, the apps bar is gone... so I cannot install my creative suite apps on my work computer.
2. Because the apps bar is gone, I must rely on manual downloads and then install via offline installer instead. Once installed however the apps work fine because I am logged in so the license is valid.
3. Because the apps bar is gone however... I cannot update any apps!
Kindly fix...
