I'm having the same problem on my iMac mini running 10.13.6. Constantly getting error message on startup, have to repair every time I start up computer.

Peter Suchecki, I am sorry that every time your iMac has rebooted the installation of the Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application is becoming damaged.  What applications or utilities are you running on startup when booting macOS 10.13.6?  Could you please post a screenshot of the Login items tab in the Users & Groups preference pane, Peter?  For information on how to post a screenshot see FAQ: How do I capture and post a screen shot or video? .
