¡Hola! a mi tambien me sucede lo mismo. Tengo la actulización Sonoma versión 14.5, no sé si eso influirá, pero necesito ayuda para poder solucionarlo.

¡Hola! Mi problema está en que yo tengo la suscripción del lightroom, y me he instalado el adobe creative. En el momento que intento descargarme la aplicación del Lightroom Classic, no me permite descargarlo. Me envía al menú de Adobe Creative, donde está el apartado de aplicaciones, y me aparece un aviso en el que pone "No tienes acceso a la gestión de aplicaciones. Puede que sea necesario el permiso del adminitrador de TI para activar la gestión de aplicaciones". He intentado solucionarlo pero no lo consigo. Adjunto foto.

Evelyn, you mentioned your brother might have logged in. Does he also use the computer? The error message you posted stated that your account did not have sufficient access to install the software, check with your brother to see if he has the necessary access.
