I have had a transaction for £21 and I have no idea as I'm not even subscribed.  The chat feature is a joke as no one seems to be available!!  So I guess Im left having to contact my credit card company

Hi Sheena, I have the exact same problem, I have two charges for codes 044-207-3650 and have no idea where they came from! And I can not find any phone number or way of contacting Adobe for support. Please contact me as as possible. thank you

i have the same problem, I was charged 19.5 euros from Adobe system software 044-207-3650 and I don't even have an account. Can you explain?
