Hi, I downloaded photoshop off the website but its asking me for a password. I put in the one I signed up with but its not letting me access the program. What user name and password do they need? My MAC's? That wasn't working wither

When you are installing or updating on a Mac, that is your Mac asking you to prove that you have permission by asking for your COMPUTER password, not your Adobe password
