Reactivating a cancelled subscription

Im trying to reactive my subscription that i cancelled last week but cant seem to.

i have tried seeking help from adobe and Thockchom Monojit tells me i can not and have to resign up and pay the the months i have already paid for. Can someone help please.

You do not pay the months you already have paid for. You pay for the months ahead.

Did you prepay? Prepaid accounts can be cancelled for the end of the subscription only.

If you have an annual subscription paid monthly, you can cancel any time with possibly early termination fees.

If you have a monthly subscription you can cancel any time for the end of the month.

In all cases, resigning-up will restore all your rights to use the programs. There is no "reactivation" option. Simply take a new subscription.

In all cases you need to pass via Contact Customer Care if you need help to do so.
