Hi, my enterprise purchased a full year subscription, but the receipt doesn't show the VAT value. Where and how can I ask a receipt also with the VAT value on it?

Invoice for your for the 19th Sept order includes the VAT number saved on file. Please see steps here https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/accounts.html#pastBills to view the invoices.
