Hallo.

Gibt es eine Möglichkeit, dass die monatliche Abo-Rechnung mir automatisch per Mail geschickt wird und ich nicht immer den Umweg über meinen Account > Rechnungsverlauf und PDF per Mail senden gehen muss?

Nein. Diese Möglichkeit gibt es schon seit einigen jahren nicht mehr.

Adobe hat die Einstellung der EMail-Versands damals mit Sicherheitsbedenken begründet.

Auch nach Beschwerden von etlichen Usern hat Adobe den Versnad nicht wieder eingeführt.

Das ist für mich nicht nachvollziehbar.

So muss sich der Admin monatlich neu einloggen, nur um die Rechnung für die Buchhaltung zur Verfügung zu stellen.

Nur zur Sicherheit, weil die Aussage, dass kein E-Mail-Versand möglich ist, ja doch schon etwas älter ist: ist das immer noch so?

Ich suche hier schon eine ganze Weile nach einer Möglichkeit, die Rechnung automatisch zu bekommen und kann´s nicht fassen, dass es keine Möglickeit geben soll, das einzustellen.

Ich habe ein Abo und bekomme seit Jahren per Mail - allerdings an eine falsche Adresse (nicht an die hinterlegte, primäre Adresse. Finde nirgends den Punkt zur Änderung. Vermutlich eine Altlast. Toll.....
