I purchased Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements from Adobe website. Cost about £120-£130. Computer recently had a problem which involved a complete reinstall. I can't remember which email address I used to purchase the software. Does anyone know how to log a support call with Adobe because the "Contact Us - Real help from real people" just sends me round in circles. Is it intentionally designed to prevent anyone actually logging a support call? Should I contact my credit card company and ask for a refund because Adobe have sold me software which I cannot use?

Oops! Seems I made a note of serial numbers on my NAS drive. (I did look extensively for this but only managed to find this *after* posting this!) Am still curious whether the community think that Adobe deliberately make it impossible to get in touch.

Adobe need to know the email address you used to look up your info - which will be saved only if you registered. I'm not sure how they could help. (If you could remember, info on registered apps is shown in your account).
