I am experiencing this issue, for the second time. Adobe cannot process my credit card; even though it has enough funds, and is working with all other sites, with Adobe CC there is a problem with my payment details. I tried to switch to a different card, with more than enough funds, and now Adobe can neither process this card or even the previous card I was using. As usual, I tried calling the bank, but everything is fine on their end; they've received the test charges but not the subscription charge. This has been going on for about two weeks now.
I've also tried calling the customer service, but they also don't know what to do. All they do is input my card details from their end which doesn't work. Please help!

Hi, Charles - so sorry you're having this problem. You're 100% certain that the card(s) should be working? Have you tried calling your credit card company to make sure they aren't blocking any charges? Also, you might try the chat feature for Adobe Customer Support so you have a record of everything!

Hello,
Thanks for responding.
Yes I'm certain they're working; I'm using them with other sites without a problem. And I've already tried speaking to Customer Support, to no avail.

Your credit card is from the same country as your Adobe id? You can't use a different country than marked on your credit card.

No, it's not. The problem is, I come from Kenya, but Adobe CC isn't available here, so I have to set my card's country to South Africa. And that has been working for me for about three years, but whenever I change my card this problem always comes up.
Usually it resolves itself somehow and I end up being charged late. But this time it's delayed and I only have a few days left until my subscription is cancelled.

Credit cards get checked and because of increased fraud the checks are probably more stringent.

Fair enough. But then what am I supposed to do now?

Well I suppose you are framed and need to pass via a partner for Adobe software.
