I am having problems with the redeem page "https://redeem.licenses.adobe.com/getserial"
No matter what i do the page is stuck on a loading screen. (some small squares rotating)
Have tried on 3 different browsers: Chrome / Edge / Firefox.
Running Windows 11 on a brand new PC.
Have now spent 8 hours trying to install Photoshop Elements 2022 and managed to hit pretty much every single possible installation problem on the way.

This is not the correct answer. Status page shows All Adobe services are available,but the page will still not load!

Why do you keep merging my new discussions with this one? There is no correct answer in this discussion. Your status page shows all services ok. Your 'redeem' page does not work and has not worked for days. When will I be able to redemm my product?

I am unsure why the current outage is not showing as they were yesterday. Please begin a secure chat session if you need additional assistance at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.
While I appreciate it is frustrating not being able to redeem your redemption code, adding numerous public discussions on the topic will not resolve the error with the server. You can use the process listed in https://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/customer-support-portal.html if you need to update any active support cases.

It took a while to find the chat, but they are quite efficent and after a few minutes my new Elements was up and running without using the redeem page.

Yes, I just tried again and page laoded and I got my Serial #.
