I purchased a teacher version of the Creative Cloud via the Software Resource and Services (SRS) and was given a redemption code. When I log on to the Adobe ID and enter the code, it says that it has already been redeemed. No other information. I need to talk with an Adobe rep to fix this problem, but can seem to get a live person. Anyone have any problems with this?
If the Software Resource and Services is not Adobe then you need to talk to them, not Adobe.

For the link below click the Still Need Help? option in the blue area at the bottom and choose the chat or phone option...
Make sure you are logged in to the Adobe site, have cookies enabled, clear your cookie cache. If it fails to connect try using a different browser.
