Hello there,
I have recently refunded Premiere Pro (on the 13th of October; Initially purchased on the 7th.) The page had stated I was entitled to a refund on the product since it was within 14 days, but I didn't see any evidence that I was actually receiving the refund (Didn't appear in my bank account as pending or anything). I had checked around and i've seen multiple users having similar issues with recieving their money despite being within the 14 day limit. I had decided the product was too difficult/inconvenient to use, and thus is why I had issued a return. But I do want my $20.99 back, because I couldn't even effectively use the product due to how complicated it was, and thus was dissatisfied. I don't feel it's fair to not get money back for something I can no longer use or was dissatisfied in.
So could an Adobe employee, or something else, give confirmation this refund is getting arranged? I just wish to make sure im getting my money back.
Kind regards, Lillian.

Please allow Adobe some time to refund. You canceled on the weekend.

Oh okay!
I'll come back here if anything. Apologies.
